Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though comfortable, were rather dim but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, but some service issues were noted. The location was ideal for my trip, though somewhat inaccurate in description. The dining experience had its flaws, but the facilities were satisfactory.
Upon arrival, the rooms were extremely clean and well presented, though a bit cold initially. The smell of smoke was off-putting, but once settled, the room proved to be comfortable and spacious. The service was a mixed bag; while some staff were extremely nice and helpful, others seemed less happy and friendly. The location was peaceful and attractive, making it easy to enjoy a meal without excess noise. However, the dining experience was slightly disappointing with limited breakfast options. Overall, the hotel offers a great location near the M1 corridor and East Mids Airport, but there were some issues with both the room and service quality.
The hotel really needs updating in terms of the rooms; noise from both inside and outside was disruptive, affecting the quality of sleep. On the positive side, the outdoor seating area was nice.
